Parking:  Effective Fall 2011 parking permits are required at all times (previously enforcement ended at 5:00 pm).  Current ASU student and faculty parking decals will be honored. For students and faculty who do not have current ASU parking decals, UNC Asheville Parking and Transportation staff will be on hand in Karpen Hall during the week of August 22-25, 5:30-7:00 pm to sell permits to ASU graduate students.  Cash or check will be accepted. Cost: Graduate students (Evening/weekend): $50.  Graduate students (day): $100.
